EndUser License Agreement ("Agreement")

Please read this EndUser License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using CVPParserG3 ("Application").

By clicking the "I Agree" button, downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the "I Agree" button and do not download or use the Application.

License
1. Ricardo Mancera grants you a revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, noncommercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2. Title, copyright, intellectual property rights and distribution rights of the Software remain exclusively with the Vendor. Intellectual property rights include the look and feel of the Software.
3. This Agreement constitutes a license for use only and is not in any way a transfer of ownership rights to the Software.
4. Failure to comply with any of the terms under the License section will be considered a material breach of this Agreement.

Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
a) license, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application or make the Application available to any third party.
b) The Software may not be modified, reverse-engineered, or de-compiled in any manner through current or future available technologies.

Modifications to Application
Ricardo Mancera reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Additional Clause

This software is not supported in any form or fashion by Cisco Systems.
